Classes are 2 hours long and are taught in groups of up to 10 people. No prior experience is necessary. First-time students will learn the knee-hang and may even be able to try a catch. All students will have the opportunity to advance their skills. Advance reservations are recommended & are subject to a one-time $22.00 registration fee. Sign up online or at the rig.
