The outdoor rig at the end of West Houston Street has spots available for Flying Trapeze at 1:00 and 3:15pm today so take advantage! Before you know it you'll be thinking about winter coats so hold on to the last bit of outdoor flying while you can! If midtown is more convenient, then join us indoors on West 30th Street for some conditioning! Students of any kind are welcome in Kristin Young's Aerial Conditioning class at 6:30pm today. You'll get the benefit of a qualified fitness instructor plus a unique strength building program meant to work multiple muscle groups;. Governor's Island is open every weekend this month and has been growing in popularity so snag a spot this weekend while you still can. The forecast is for lower temps but plenty of sun!
