We've got one lone spot open in today's 3:30pm Flying Trapeze class, so sign up quickly. Otherwise there are spots open in aerial classes. Silks with Kris Olness starts at 5:00pm and is really good for the upper body and core muscles, and Lyra and Aerial Hammock are at 7:00, also good for the core.
