Our Aerial Conditioning Class incorporates silks, static trapeze, fitness balls, and floor exercises. It is a full body workout using all four apparatuses in a circuit training format (going from station to station).
The class has been created by Joshua Dean, an ACE certified personal trainer, to help aspiring and professional flyers and aerialists condition for their craft. It makes exercise fun and new by letting you hang from a trapeze and invert on the silks.
